New Admin Portal - Beta Testing

We have been working hard on a new version of our admin portal.  It's still in beta, but please login and click around. Please let us know if you have any feature requests or bugs you might come across.  Also, we have a new reporting module, so please let us know if there are any reports that might be helpful.

iPhone Photo Uploads

Please Note: Field inspectors using an iPhone 12 or after should be using the "New Uploader" link to upload photos or use our mobile web application https://ireport.nvms.com. Using the old uploader causes the photos to be black & white because of an update Apple did to the way the photos are processed. Another warning, HEIC photos are not accepted in our application please only ulpload JPG photos. How to disable this on your iPhone: https://havecamerawilltravel.com/iphone-disable-heic/

NVMS Photo Requirements

Please take all photos in high-definition landscape with 4:3 aspect ratio. Photos should NEVER be taken with 16:9 aspect ratio. Taking photos in high-definition landscape with 4:3 aspect ratio will ensure good quality photos, and that photo size requirements are met for certain clients. Also, please do NOT resize photos before uploading to the NVMS system. This should not be necessary if you are taking high-definition landscape photos with the 4:3 aspect ratio. It is recommended to check the settings in the camera app on your phone or digital camera to avoid returned work orders. Please contact your Vendor Manger with any questions.
