New Admin Portal Launch!

We are launching our new NVMS Admin Portal on August 1st, 2025. 

Please be aware that this new site will replace the old admin portal (secure.nvms.com).  You can link to the new site below to get used to the new user interface before then and let us know if you have any questions.  

We're excited to share this new experience with you!  We will also have a new mobile app coming real soon as well, so stay tuned.

NVMS Photo Requirements

Please take all photos in high-definition landscape with 4:3 aspect ratio. Photos should NEVER be taken with 16:9 aspect ratio. Taking photos in high-definition landscape with 4:3 aspect ratio will ensure good quality photos, and that photo size requirements are met for certain clients. Also, please do NOT resize photos before uploading to the NVMS system. This should not be necessary if you are taking high-definition landscape photos with the 4:3 aspect ratio. It is recommended to check the settings in the camera app on your phone or digital camera to avoid returned work orders. Please contact your Vendor Manger with any questions.
